Welcome to ESER AI. By accessing or using our application, REST APIs, or Model Context Protocol (MCP) server endpoints, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptable Use & Platform Guidelines
Users must comply with all third-party social platform developer policies (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Bluesky). Automated post generation must not be used to distribute deceptive spam, malware, or prohibited content.
2. Subscription & AI Credit Entitlements
Subscription plans grant monthly recurring AI credit allowances for script generation and video rendering. Unused monthly credits reset upon billing interval renewal unless specified in custom enterprise contracts.
3. API & Webhook Service Commitments
API access keys and Webhook subscriptions are intended for authorized workspace integration. ESER AI reserves the right to rate-limit or revoke access keys involved in abusive or unauthorized request volume.
4. Limitation of Liability
ESER AI and its parent ecosystem (Solana Sky Pilots / ESER TECH) provide the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for third-party social network API downtime or account suspensions resulting from user policy violations.
