At ESER AI, operated by Eser Tech, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first paid subscription charge following the completion of your 7-day free trial.

If you determine that ESER AI does not meet your content creation and social media automation needs, you may request a full refund of your initial paid subscription fee within thirty (30) calendar days of that initial charge.

2. Free Trial Period ($0 Due Today)

All new ESER AI subscription plans include a 7-day free trial with 60 platform trial credits to evaluate our core features, video/post generation, and multi-channel publishing workflows with $0 charged today.

You may cancel your subscription at any time during the 7-day trial period through your dashboard settings (/dashboard/settings/billing) or via the self-service Customer Portal without incurring any charge.

3. Merchant of Record & Payment Processing

Our order process and payment processing are conducted through authorized Merchant of Record (MoR) payment providers (such as Paddle). When you make a purchase, the Merchant of Record acts as the legal seller of the digital software subscription and manages order processing, billing inquiries, VAT/sales tax compliance, and authorized refund distributions.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any non-waivable statutory rights or mandatory consumer guarantees provided under your applicable local laws.

4. Scope, Conditions & Exceptions

To maintain fair platform access and protect against misuse, the 30-day money-back guarantee is subject to the following standard conditions:

• Initial Subscription Charge Only: The guarantee applies exclusively to the first paid billing transaction following trial conversion. It does not apply to subsequent recurring monthly renewal billing cycles, plan upgrades, or standalone credit top-ups.
• Prevention of Abuse & Fraud: Refund requests may be denied where there is verified evidence of fraud, platform abuse, chargeback dispute manipulation, or deliberate violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
• Irreversibly Consumed External Allocations: Third-party compute and rendering resources that have been irreversibly consumed beyond normal usage allocations may be excluded from refund amounts where permitted by applicable consumer protection laws.

5. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple and hassle-free. To initiate a refund request:

2. Include your account email, order or transaction reference number, and a brief explanation of why the platform did not meet your expectations.
3. Our billing support team will review and acknowledge your request within 24 to 48 business hours.

6. Refund Processing & Disbursement

Upon approval, your refund will be processed promptly through our Merchant of Record payment gateway back to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or supported digital wallet).

Depending on your financial institution, the refund credit typically appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days. Upon refund completion, access to paid subscription features and allocated credits will be terminated.

7. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing cycles. When canceled, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle, after which no further charges will be incurred.
